General Terms
1. Order Processing & Stock Availability
- We aim to keep accurate stock for all our handmade products, but there may be rare situations where inventory changes.
If some items in your order are out of stock, we will:
- Ship the items that are available, and
- Contact you to choose whether to (a) wait for restocking, (b) pick another size (if applicable), (c) switch to a different product of equivalent or greater value, or (d) accept a store credit for the billed amount.
2. Order Processing Time
- After you place an order, it typically takes 1 to 10 business days for us to process and dispatch your order.
- Once dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a Shiprocket tracking number, which you can use to track your order on Shiprocket’s website.
3. Delivery & Shipping
- We ship exclusively using Shiprocket.
- Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3–7 business days, but this depends on your location.
- Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays. We do not dispatch orders on Sunday.
4. Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery
- We make up to two delivery attempts.
- If delivery fails on the second try (for example, you are unavailable), the package will be returned to our warehouse.
- If you ask us to re-deliver after return, additional shipping charges may apply. Please reach out to us at support@indiekraft.in in such cases.
- Any delays caused by Shiprocket after we have dispatched your order are the courier’s responsibility; we will assist where possible, but we cannot be held legally liable for courier-caused delays.
5. Shipping Charges
- All products ship free.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately.
- If you find that a package is damaged in transit, you must report it within 24–48 hours of delivery. Please email us with unboxing photos or a short video showing the damage at support@indiekraft.in
- Our team will investigate and coordinate with the vendor (or courier) to provide a resolution — which may include a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation.
7. Non-Delivery / Order Not Received
- If your order is not delivered and you believe there's a problem, send us an email at support@indiekraft.in
- We aim to resolve non-delivery issues or process refunds within 7 to 15 days of your notification, once we complete our investigation.
8. Risk & Liability
- Once your order is dispatched with Shiprocket, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.
We are not liable for:
- Non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by you,
- Delays or loss caused by the courier, or
- Events beyond our control (force majeure such as natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
9. Regulatory Compliance
- Indiekraft complies with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
- We clearly disclose shipping charges, delivery timelines, and our grievance redressal mechanism in line with the said Rules.
