How to Track Your Order
Log in to your Indiekraft account.
Go to My Orders from the menu.
Select the order you want to track.
You’ll see real-time updates on the status, including expected delivery date.
Order Status Guide
Here’s what each status means:
Order Placed: We’ve received your order and it’s being processed.
Confirmed: Your order has been confirmed with the artisan/vendor.
Packed: Your product is carefully packed and ready for pickup.
Shipped: Your order is on the way! You’ll get a tracking link with courier details.
Out for Delivery: Your package will be delivered today.
Delivered: Your order has arrived — enjoy your handcrafted product!
